Never give up on anyone! 29/07/19

Hello!!

A great question was asked in District Council this week. Do I love Heavenly Father enough to..... do you love Heavenly Father enough to do those hard things which are required of each of us?
We've been asked to choose a Christlike attribute which we can work on and actually make a plan on how you're going to improve that attribute. It's a good activity which I invite you all to do! We should all strive to be more Christlike each day!

We were trying to get an e-rickshaw which is kinda difficult because they always want to charge us extra because you know I'm a foreigner and we don't speak Hindi. A guy saw us and our badges and got off a rickshaw to ask us about who we are and if we could help him. He was pretty nice and he's the only one in his family who's Christian after he had a bible like vision. He said next time we meet he'll tell us about it, excited to hear his story!

The super cute Samson family is being baptised on Sunday!!! Yay!! I'm so excited and happy for them! They have known about the church for about five years but have never really been that interested but now the time is right! Never give up on anyone! You never know when their right time will come!
I also taught Emma how to do butterfly kisses! It's the cutest thing ever!

Last Monday we went to a sports store called Decathlon and just played around a bit shooting arrows at Elders and learning to ride a rip stick haha which was pretty fun! Then we went to our home group leaders home and played dungeons and dragons haha I don't really understand the game at all but I was a little magical gnome and I cast the finger of death spell and walked up to an undefeatable monster and blew off both of his little toes! I'm pretty proud.
We also had pizza! Lots and lots of pizza!! Writing about pizza makes me really want some pizza now!

Each time we go to Sagar Pur I look out for this guy with the monkey on a leash and I hadn't seen him for a while but then I was super excited when I was in an auto and he was right next to us so his little monkey was playing around on the auto and it was so great!

The building which we've been meeting in for church doesn't have any air con even though it should because we paid for it. We think the other church is paying them to not turn it on for us haha. It's been pretty hot! This week the Elders bought a whole bunch of ice creams for everyone to kinda say hey thanks for sticking with us and we're sorry about the heat haha. I had an icy pole at the very end and it wasn't even sticking to the stick anymore it was so melted! So I used a straw to drink it up like a slushie haha.

I found a store that sells Australian honey and oat biscuits! They taste so good too!!

They have these people on the side of the streets grilling corn and I've wanted to try one for a long time but never have. I finally did this week and it's so good! It's like half normal corn and then half popcorn haha. They put lemon and salt on it too!

Also, I have an article in the Liahona so you should all go and check that out! Here
